“The internal revenue service has determined that the club is exempt from federal income taxes on exempt function income as a public charity under section 501(c)(7) of the internal revenue code. However, certain investment income and use of the club's facilities by non-members for a fee is subject to taxation as unrelated business taxable income. The club had no excise tax liability for the year. The club did not recognize any liability for uncertain tax positions as defined by accounting principles generally accepted in the united states of america.”

THERE ARE ALSO SPECIFIC EVENTS ARRANGED FOR SMALL POWER BOATS, SUCH AS A FISHING TOURNAMENT, AND DAY TRIPS.
