Bedell achievement center. And the equipment lhl rents is incidental (less than 10% of the gross income from rents) to the rental of real property. The rental exclusion applies because the lease agreement is for real property and incidental personal property (no more than 10% of the gross income). The rental exclusion is cancelled if the lessor provides substantial services to the lessee under the contract but lhl does not provide these services.”
“The organization adopted the provisions of fasb accounting standards codification 740, income taxes. The implementation of fasb accounting standards codification 740 had no impact on the organization's financial statements and accordingly, no interest or penalties were accrued. Management believes it has no material uncertain tax positions or any related penalties and interest to accrue for the year ended june 30, 2025, and, accordingly, there is no liability for unrecognized tax benefit. The organization files tax returns in all appropriate jurisdictions. The open tax years are those years ending june 30, 2022 through june 30, 2025.
