We strive to ensure our interactions are honorable and respectful, to those within our Brotherhood, and to those outside our Brotherhood. We have worked to establish the valuation of the talents and personalities of our Brothers and Sisters; laboring not as individuals, but as one Brotherhood, seamless.--
