Our primary purpose is to represent our members in their relations with our employer (the Arcadia Unified School District)in all matters relating to employment conditions and employer-employee topics as indicated in our contract, including but not limited to wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment, and continuous study and action on problems/challenges of the profession. We encourage cooperation and communication between our association and the district.
