During the year, 634 individuals participated in our educational workshops, and 110 tenantlandlord issues were successfully resolved through our intervention. In addition, rental assistance was provided to 14 individuals facing housing instability. Our workshops are delivered year-round and are tailored to meet evolving community needs. Topics include tenantlandlord rights and responsibilities, conflict resolution in housing disputes, cyberbullying prevention, access to community resources, personal security and safety, financial responsibility, and rental assistance programs. These services empower residents with the knowledge and support needed to maintain stable housing, improve safety, and strengthen community well-being.
