The officers/directors/trustees hired a third party management company, prairie management & development, inc., whom manages the property on a day-to-day basis and reports to the officers/directors/trustees on a regular basis.

The 990 is prepared by a cpa firm and then reviewed by the third party management company as well as an officer of the corporation organizations process to review form 990 is general manager of management company brings copy of draft form 990 to board meeting for review.

Officers/directors/trustees of the corporation as well as senior management at the third party management company regularly and consistently monitor and enforce compliance with conflict of interest by ensuring activity is performed at an independent arms-length process. Employees and vendors are not relatives of officers/directors/trustees or senior management of the third party management company.

There is no pay for the ceo, executive director, top management, and other officers. Compensation for employees of the corporation are reviewed and determined by senior management at the third party management company based on market comparisons as well as individual performance.
