Part V, Line 4: Intended uses of the endowment fund.

To grow an investment asset base that is available for future projects. The focus is on growth and long-term in nature. Capital appreciation and protection is emphasized in terms of principal growth, stability and offsetting the impact of inflation. Investments will be primarily comprised of equity securities allocated in a manner consistent with the risk tolerance. Investment shall be invested in a prudent manner consistent with fiduciary standards.

Uncertainty Income Tax Position:Management believes that all of the positions taken by the Organization in its Federal and State Income tax returns are more likely than not to be sustained upon examination. The Organization files returns in the U. S. Federal Jurisdiction and State of Illinois.
