Mission and Program Overview

Mission

To administer and promote an educational program devoted to the development and training of skiers 18 years and under as a means of healthful recreation and physical fitness; to give encouragement, coaching and instruction to skiers; to alleviate the burden of government by assisting the federal, state and local governments in the promoting of skiing competition and training; to cooperate with the olympic committee, national collegiate athletic assn., n.h.a.r.a, the amateur athletic union, various agencies of the united states ski association, and other current and future recognized associations for the promotion of skiing.
