Financial Statement Notes

Schedule D, Page 3, Part X

The organization is exempt from federal income taxes under section 501 (c) (3) of the internal revenue code and similar provisions of nebraska law. As such, income earned in the performance of its exempt purpose is not subject to income tax. Any income earned through activities not related to the exempt purpose is subject to income tax at normal corporate rates. The organization believes that income tax filing positions will be sustained upon examination and does not anticipate any adjustments that would result in a material addverse effect on the organization's financial position, statements of activities or cash flows. Accordingly, the organizaiton has not recorded any reserves, or related accruals for interest and penalties for uncertain income tax positions at june 30, 2017 and 2016.
