The association is organized as a tax exempt organization under section 5011c4 of the irc. Gaap presribes a recogntion threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of tax positions. The association has determined that they do not have any significant risks related to income tax expense and therefore no amounts were reserved for the uncertain tax positions
