Cass County Historical Society Foundation

The objects and purposes of this corporation shall be as follows: 1 - to solicit and accept gifts of real or personal property, or both, from private individuals, associations and corporations, and to accept gifts, advises and bequests of real or personal property, or both, and to hold and administer the same for the use and benefit of the cass county historical society. 2 - to accept, own, buy, sell and convey real and personal property of historical interest and cause same to be operated by this corporation alone or in connection with the cass county historical society, or any other person or legal entity. 3 - to work for the endowment, continuance, development and extension of the work of the cass county historical society so as to give the work of said society as great a degree of usefulness as possible.
