“The forum is generally exempt from income taxes under the provisions of section 501(c)6 of the internal revenue code and similar state statutes. Accordingly, no provision for income tax expense is included in the accompanying combined financial statements.the organization has adopted the provision of asc topic 740, income taxes, relating to the accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. The organizations file income tax returns in the us federal jurisdiction, and the foundation also files an organization annual report in the state of illinois. Management is not aware of any uncertain tax positions.”
