The executive committee and other members of the association review the draft at a scheduled meeting. The draft is either approved as presented or a motion to make changes is passed before the form is filed.”

“Randall rc&d members police themselves and each other. At least annually the associations policy is discussed and reviewed at a monthly meeting. Any preceived conflict of interest is communicated when it exists. The policy also clearly states that a conflict of interest concern can be expressed by any member at any time.”
