It's purpose is to both support and control the operating entities and the foundation so that they can all fulfill their missions of serving all seniors in the community and beyond who need skilled care, assisted living services or independent living apartments to meet and maintain their highest standards, and to receive monies and other property, both real and personal, by grant, gift, devise, bequest, or otherwise, and to hold, invest, and expend the same consistently with existing laws and to do all things necessary and proper to promote, maintain, enlarge and improve said home.

To establish and maintain a home for the care of older members of the methodist church, and other older persons of good moral character, who will be at home in a christian environment, and to receive monies and other property, both real and personal, by grant, gift, devise, bequest, or otherwise, and to hold, invest, and expend the same consistently with existing laws and to do all things necessary and proper to promote, maintain, enlarge and improve said home.
