“INSA sends out calls for Officer nominations once a year. The nomination committee compliles official ballot and biographical information for members to vote on through an electronic voting process.”

“Federal form 990 is prepared by the management company. A draft is submitted to the Treasurer for review. The Treasurer will consult with the rest of the Executive Committee as needed and prior to the filing of the final version of Form 990 filing with the IRS; a copy is made available to the entire Board of Directors.”
