The purpose of the corporation is to foster national or international amateur sport competition and education. To further such purpose the corporation shall promote ski education and training and shall hold competitive ski meets. The proceeds of donations and registration fees are donated to various ski-related charitable organizations.

THE PROCEEDS FROM DONATIONS AND REGISTRATION DURING THE EVENTS GO TO A DIFFERENT SKI EDUCATION ORGANIZATION EACH YEAR. PROCEEDS OF 95,000 WERE DONATED TO THE UNITED STATES SKI TEAM AND ANOTHER 1,500 WAS DONATED TO Z GIRLS SPC.
