Lake county residential development corp is a not-for-profit corporation whose purpose is to provide affordable housing for families and individuals primarily in lake county, illinois.

Community partners for affordable housing's (cpah) mission is to develop affordable housing and provide services that empower individuals and families to secure and retain quality housing.

The form 990 is reviewed by the organization's accountant. Then it is reviewed by the president who then reviews it with the treasurer. A copy of the form 990 is provided to all board members prior to the filing of the return.

Each director, principal officer and member of a committee with governing board delegated powers is required to sign statements that affirm that they have received, read, understand and comply with this policy.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

An employee's initial salary or hourly rate is determined by the president in accordance with the approved budget. Thereafter, the board of directors annually approves a budget which may include an average cost of living or merit increase for overall personnel costs. Adjustments to individual employee's salaries or hourly rates are recommended by each supervisor as part of their annual performance review. Supervisor recommended adjustments are then approved by the president in accordance to the approved budget. The president's initial salary and salary adjustments are approved by the board of directors. Payroll costs are reviewed by the president and board treasurer as part of the monthly cash disbursements report.
