The review of the ceo position is done with input from the ben gordon center board of directors and the final compensation determination is made by the ben gordon center board of directors. Also taken into consideration, for comparison purposes, is salary survey information for highly compensated positions within the private not-for-profit behavioral healthcare providers in illinois and nationally. Industry surveys are utlilized in addition to independent consultant analysis and review of irs form 990 of other similarly situated organizations. As for the other senior leadership positions, the ceo performs the review of the cfo. The board of directors approves salary and benefits of the cfo.”
