“FIN 48 Footnote from Audited Financials The Society has been determined to be exempt from taxes pursuant to the provision of Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. The tax-exempt purpose of the Society and the nature in which it operates is described in the first paragraph of Note 1. Management believes the Society continues to operate in compliance with its tax-exempt purpose. While the Society is generally exempt from income taxes, it may be subject to taxes on unrelated trade or business income if received. For the year ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, no tax provision was required. The Society's informational and income tax returns filed with the federal and state governments are subject to examination by the Internal Revenue Service for three years after filing.”

Included in the seminar lineup is a five-day Financial Managers School at a continuing education center in Wisconsin which immerses participants in the art of asset/liability management withinfinancial institutions.

The tax-exempt purpose of the Society and the nature in which it operates is described in the first paragraph of Note 1. Management believes the Society continues to operate in compliance with its tax-exempt purpose. While the Society is generally exempt from income taxes, it may be subject to taxes on unrelated trade or business income if received. For the year ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, no tax provision was required. The Society's informational and income tax returns filed with the federal and state governments are subject to examination by the Internal Revenue Service for three years after filing.
