“Primary exempt purpose- the purposes of the western society of engineers (society), as stated in its statement of purpose, is to actively encourage the development of engineering leaders and (1) to promote engineering excellence and innovation; (2) to educate the general public about the practive of engineering; (3) to recognize the achievements of its member engineers; and (4) to promote high professional and ethical standards.line 28, program service accomplishments;the society serves its constituencies and acoomplishes its mission and vision in several ways:1.
