Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The conference's policy is to report interest and penalty expenses on uncertain tax positions as part of income tax expense. As of december 31, 2013 and 2012, there were no expenses related to interest or penalties on uncertain tax positions. As of december 31, 2013, the conferences management believes the federal form 990 and the new hampshire business tax returns filed for the tax years ended prior to 2010 are no longer subject to examination by taxing authorities.
