Governance Explanations

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4

1. The individuals with voting rights at the biennial convention were expanded to list out the names of each standing committee chairperson rather than to group them all under "standing committee chairperson". This did not change the individuals who have voting rights. 2. The officer nomination process was changed to provide for the slate of proposed officers to be circulated prior to the biennial convention. 3. The standing committees and discretionary committees were modified to match the society's needs.
