Ed avis associates manages all aspects of the organization's operations in accordance with the organization's bylaws and policies. Operations may include, but are not limited to, administration, membership, finance and accounting, education, marketing, information technology, and government relations. Ed avis associaties employees provide these services. Total management fees paid to ed avis associates for these services were $45,016.

Irga reprographer members are wide-format imaging service providers who serve a wide variety of industries and markets with an even wider array of services and technologies. Irga members are best known for their expertise in the following areas: wide format engineering output, wide-format color graphics, laminating and finishing, scanning capablites, digital file managment, small format digital printing, facilities managment. Irga supplier members are companies with an interest in the reprographics industry.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7A

Several calls for nominations are communicated to the membership. The nominating committee receives and reviews application forms and recommends a slate to the board of directors which approves the slate. The slate is then sent to the voting membership at least 30 days before election, accourding to the bylaws. The directors are elected during the annual business meeting by a majority of those members present.
