The Alliance for Audited Media's members participate in the election of Directors to the governing body, as well as serving on various advisory committees for the benefit of the advertising and publishing industry.”

The approval of the fiscal budget is documented in AAM's Board meeting minutes. In determining the President's compensation, AAM's Treasurer will seek and receive input from the Chair's of AAM Media Committees, plus the Chairman of the Board, plus use Form 990's from other not for profit organizations.”
