Mission is to provide necessary resources to persons with disabilities in order to assist them in enhancing their daily lives. We provide pre-vocational training, habilitation services, individual support, and employment services based on individual program plans.

The board of directors agenda includes a statement requesting submission of any changes to the original statement. If there are any, they are recorded in the minutes of the meeting and kept on file.

Received a payroll protection loan from sba in the amount of $1,014,541 which was forgiven within the fiscal year which was reported as an adjustment to net assets on the 990 part xi line 9.

Financial Statement Notes

Pt X, Line 2

Income taxes - paladin inc. Is exempt from tax on income under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Therefore, these statements do not include any provision for income taxes. The financial accounting standards board (fasb) issued accounting standards codification, "accounting for uncertainty in income taxes", that clarifies the accounting and recognition for income tax positions taken or expected to be taken in the organization's income tax returns. The organization has adopted the standard and evaluates all significant tax positions as required by generally accepted accounting principles in the united states. As of june 30, 2020, the organization does not believe that it has taken any tax positions that would require the recording of any tax liability nor does it believe that there are any unrealized tax benefits that would either increase or decrease within the next twelve months. The organization's income tax filiings are subject to audit by the various taxing authorities and the open audit periods are 2018 - 2020.
