“Since we have dissolved and there is no longer a formal board or any meetings of such, the federal form 990 is presented to the treasurer by the independent cpa after it has been prepared. The treasurer then reviews the form 990 and compares it to the year-end financial statements. After reviewing the return and resloving any questions, it is then approved for signature and electronic filing.”
“Disclosure is discussed annually at the january board meeting and with new board members as they assume their board position. If necessary, conflict of interest forms are filled-out and signed by board members. Discussion and monitoring of these situations is done at board meetings as appropriate, as well as during executive committee sessions.”
