We are devoted to mentoring young people. We specifically focus on the underserved population by providing impact-driven, personalized mentorship. We believe that every young person is capable of greatness, and we are passionate about helping them find their purpose and discover their potential. We focus on the impact-driven, personalized mentorship of underrepresented youth. Our goal is to provide young people with opportunities to not only grow personally, but professionally as well. We are committed to building meaningful relationships with mentors and mentees so that everyone can reach their highest potential through our programs and experiences.

Ready Inc is a youth mentor organization that helps engage youth in positive programs through education, recreation, and Arts & Science.
Mission ready inc. (recreation, education, achievement for disengaged youth) equips new havenarea youth and young adults with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to succeed academically, socially, and professionally.
