The purpose of the company is to develop, construct, rehabilitate, lease, operate, finance, and manage academic facilities. The company is formed only for such business purposes and will not be deemed to create any agreement among members with respect to any other activities whatsoever other than the activities within such business purpose. The company shall have the power to transact any and all lawful business for which a limited liability company may be organized under the mo limited liability act. The company shall have the authority to do all things necessary or convenient to accomplish these purposes and operate its business as described herein.
