The mission of this organization is to promote the education and development of leaders transformed by the person of jesus, committed to reconciliation, integrity and peace-building to create caring and servicing communities.

Form 990-ez, Part III, Line 28

Rom - in 2024, we kicked off the year with a core team retreat in pancevo, serbia to plan our 25th anniversary regathering. Bojan ruvarac, our director, traveled to the eco national convention in south carolina and the forum board meeting in seattle, then joined his family in northern greece to scout locations for future gatherings. In march and april, we visited past rom participants in montenegro, albania, kosovo, and bosnia & herzegovina, where we finalized plans for the summer event. June was spent visiting supporting churches in the u.s. And preparing for the regathering, which brought together over 100 rom members and 50 children in trebinje, bosnia & herzegovina. From august 411, we reconnected, worshipped, and explored the theme react, respond, renew through talks, workshops, and small groups. Afterward, bojan and his family joined edis summer gathering in croatia and visited participants in north macedonia. In september, bojan traveled to kenya for the jesus/issa gathering, and in october, he visited kosovska mitrovica and spoke at the antioch partners fundraiser in houston. We wrapped up the season by organizing a faith and politics conference in crikvenica, croatia, in partnership with ecpm, bringing together young professionals and politicians to explore peaceful, faith- based responses to polarization.

Form 990-ez, Part III, Line 29

Edi - economics, diplomacy, and integrity (edi) is an initiative designed to support the development of young professionals and students in the areas of politics, economics, and business which are based on the life and teachings of jesus. We believe that the best way to fight against unhealthy rivalry among and within nations is to establish an economic and political community based on the principles and life of jesus. In 2024, two major events were held to promote ethical leadership and life-affirming community action. The edi partnering for life conference in california gathered churches, ministries, and business leaders to support prenatal care, foster families, and healing for those impacted by abortion. In croatia, the edi forum hosted 40 young professionals from seven countries to explore integrity, migration, and servant leadership rooted in jesuss teachings. Both events fostered collaboration, cross-cultural friendships, and practical strategies for social change.
