“The organization has two classes of members: (1) Director Members and (2) Supporting Members. Director members include all individuals who serve from time to time as members of the board of directors of the organization. The director members have the right to vote on all matters presented - one vote per member. Supporting members are required to be at least 18 years of age, be a parent / guardian of a student currently enrolled in Carmel High School Choir, be current on all student fees owed to the organization in order for the student to participate in Carmel High School choir, satisfy such other requirements the board of directors may establish and not having been removed as a supporting member by the board of directors. The supporting members shall only have the right to vote on the elected directors slate. They shall not have the right to vote on any other issues unless as required by law.”
