ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt0The Springmill Ridge HOA underwent a full board member change in March 2022, as all unpaid volunteers, the new board members were unfamiliar with the procedure of filing 990EZ; to make matters worse, the new treasurer has been ill since May, 2023, and thought the HOA president had filed the 990EZ, and thus led to the accidental missing of the filing deadline.
