CERTAIN SERVICES ARE CONTRACTED IN THE TREATMENT COMPONENTS. HAND SURGERY, NEUROLOGY, PHYSIATRY, ORTHOPEDICS, AND OPHTHALMOLOGY ARE ALL CONTRACTED WITH INDIVIDUAL PHYSICIANS AND OR SPECIALTY GROUPS WHO PROVIDE THEIR SERVICES TO PATIENTS OF THE CENTER FOR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, INC.'S AT THE SPECIALISTS' OFFICE. CENTER FOR OCCUPATIONAL STAFF WORK CLOSELY WITH THE SPECIALIST TO ASSURE STREAMLINED COMMUNICATION WITH THE PHYSICIAN AND THE EMPLOYER AND INSURANCE CARRIER, THEREBY PROVIDING COORDINATED CARE FOR THE PATIENT PRODUCING BETTER CLINICAL OUTCOMES. CENTER FOR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, INC. IS COMMITTED TO COST CONTAINMENT FOR ITS EMPLOYER CLIENTS AND/OR THEIR INSURANCE CARRIERS. SINCE THE ORGANIZATION SPECIALIZES IN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, APPROXIMATELY NINETY-NINE PERCENT (99%) OF THE FEES FOR ALL CASES ARE PAID EITHER THROUGH THE EMPLOYERS' WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE OR DIRECTLY BY THE EMPLOYERS. DUE TO THE UNIQUE FIELD IN THE MEDICAL CONTINUUM, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH PROVIDERS CHARGE THE FEES FOR CARE TO THE EMPLOYERS' WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE OR THE EMPLOYERS.
