| Program 1: The National Black MBA Association leads in the creation of educational opportunities and economic growth for Blacks: Providing innovative programs to stimulate their intellectual and economic growth, building partnerships with key stakeholders who help facilitate this growth, and increasing awareness and facilitating access to graduate management education programs and career opportunities in management fields. NBMBAA Five Channels of Programming include Education, Career, Leadership, Lifestyle, and Entrepreneurship. In 2024, membership dues were utilized to fund in-person events held throughout the year, aligning with NBMBAA's mission and channels of programming. These events were designed to directly support the goals of the association by providing educational opportunities, career development resources, leadership training, community building activities, and entrepreneurial support to members. Through these events, members had the chance to engage in capacity-building activities, access mentorship and networking opportunities, develop their leadership skills, foster a sense of community, and enhance their financial literacy-all contributing to their intellectual and economic growth as envisioned by the NBMBAA. Five Pillars: Education - Develop capacity for learning to absorb and apply knowledge and complete academically. Career - Access messenger development opportunities to acquire, new skills, incompetencies into advance in their career. Leadership - Develop the ability to lead, to utilize resources, teaching outcomes and to navigate challenges. Lifestyle - Provide a sense of community to positively impact quality of life and personal growth. Entrepreneurship - Improves financial literacy and wellness and increases access to entrepreneurship opportunities. The total expenses for these in-person events amounted to $5,878.48, reflecting the careful allocation of resources to ensure the successful execution of programs and services aimed at empowering and advancing the Black community. Program 2: The NBMBAA Indianapolis Chapter hosts an annual golf outing to raise funds to support the Leaders of Tomorrow Program. This event, held at a prime golfing location in the Indianapolis community, is open to the public and serves as a great way to donate to the educational future of our youth. The revenue generated for the event amounted to $20,361.00, while overall expenses totaled $15,810.00. The net amount raised is used for scholarships and to support a comprehensive programmatic approach for providing leadership development to young people. Today, the Leaders of Tomorrow Program is driven by a strong mentoring component across four areas: Leadership, Financial Literacy, College Preparation, and Career Preparation. Participants in the program benefit from resources, knowledge, and opportunities such as scholarships, internships, and mentoring relationships. The LOT Program operates August through May. The program offers students resources, knowledge and opportunities in the way of mentoring relationships and scholarships. Funds raised from the golf outing also support the Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Student Case Competition, which has expanded into a three-day event. During this event, students participate in a college tour, are acknowledged in an awards ceremony, and are provided opportunities to interact with their peers in a collegiate setting. Participation and scholarship funding for the LOT Case Competition have expanded to include more than 20 chapters. The Leaders of Tomorrow Program (LOT) aims to serve as mentors and resources to minority high school students, improve student academic and leadership skills, and increase their ability to enter and excel in college. The NBMBAA Indianapolis Chapter's local implementation of the national program achieves this mission by equipping students to develop leadership skills, serve within their communities, refine their communication skills, increase their financial literacy, plan for college, and explore various careers through workshops and community service events. | $20,361 | $15,810 |

NBMBAA Five Channels of Programming include Education, Career, Leadership, Lifestyle, and Entrepreneurship. In 2024, membership dues were utilized to fund in-person events held throughout the year, aligning with NBMBAA's mission and channels of programming. These events were designed to directly support the goals of the association by providing educational opportunities, career development resources, leadership training, community building activities, and entrepreneurial support to members. Through these events, members had the chance to engage in capacity-building activities, access mentorship and networking opportunities, develop their leadership skills, foster a sense of community, and enhance their financial literacy-all contributing to their intellectual and economic growth as envisioned by the NBMBAA. Five Pillars: Education - Develop capacity for learning to absorb and apply knowledge and complete academically. Career - Access messenger development opportunities to acquire, new skills, incompetencies into advance in their career. Leadership - Develop the ability to lead, to utilize resources, teaching outcomes and to navigate challenges. Lifestyle - Provide a sense of community to positively impact quality of life and personal growth. Entrepreneurship - Improves financial literacy and wellness and increases access to entrepreneurship opportunities. The total expenses for these in-person events amounted to $5,878.48, reflecting the careful allocation of resources to ensure the successful execution of programs and services aimed at empowering and advancing the Black community. Program 2: The NBMBAA Indianapolis Chapter hosts an annual golf outing to raise funds to support the Leaders of Tomorrow Program. This event, held at a prime golfing location in the Indianapolis community, is open to the public and serves as a great way to donate to the educational future of our youth. The revenue generated for the event amounted to $20,361.00, while overall expenses totaled $15,810.00. The net amount raised is used for scholarships and to support a comprehensive programmatic approach for providing leadership development to young people. Today, the Leaders of Tomorrow Program is driven by a strong mentoring component across four areas: Leadership, Financial Literacy, College Preparation, and Career Preparation. Participants in the program benefit from resources, knowledge, and opportunities such as scholarships, internships, and mentoring relationships. The LOT Program operates August through May. The program offers students resources, knowledge and opportunities in the way of mentoring relationships and scholarships. Funds raised from the golf outing also support the Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Student Case Competition, which has expanded into a three-day event. During this event, students participate in a college tour, are acknowledged in an awards ceremony, and are provided opportunities to interact with their peers in a collegiate setting. Participation and scholarship funding for the LOT Case Competition have expanded to include more than 20 chapters. The Leaders of Tomorrow Program (LOT) aims to serve as mentors and resources to minority high school students, improve student academic and leadership skills, and increase their ability to enter and excel in college.
