The Community Foundation of St Joseph County's Audit Committee, comprised of accounting professionals, were delegated the responsibility to review the Jon and Sonja Laidig Foundation's 990. The Audit Committee receives a completed copy of the 990 prior to filing and will report any concern to the Jon and Sonja Laidig Foundation's Board of Directors. The 990 is made available to all board members upon request.
