Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization evaluates its exposure for uncertain tax positions on an annual basis. As of december 31, 2024, there were no liabilities for uncertain tax positions. Income tax returns filed by the corporation, the operating partnerships, general partners, and managing members are subject to examination by the internal revenue service for a period of three years. While no income tax returns are currently being examined by the internal revenue service, tax years since 2021 remain open.
