Mission

To encourage and facilitate the attraction of corporate investment and jobs throughout hamilton county, indiana in order to expand the county's nonresidential tax base.

Mission: coordinate and deliver innovative solutions and services to attract and retain workforce talent for current and future needs. Vision: become indiana's leader in workforce development, attraction, retention and connection.
