Care institute, inc.-roseville (ciir) was incorporated as an indiana non-stock, non-profit corporation on july 30, 1993. Ciir is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes. More specifically, ciir provides for the general welfare and promotes the health of residents of the community by providing health care services to the community, including establishing, owning, maintaining, and operating residential assisted living facilities designed to meet the housing, health, and financial security needs of the elderly. Ciir currently provides financial support through donations and grants in a manner that will further the goals and operations of other charitable 501(c)(3) organizations.
