A third party management agent is paid a fee of 8.75% of income collections through november 1, 2023, and 8.75% thereafter, as approved by the u.s. Department of housing and urban development, to manage day to day operations of the apartment community.

The form 990 is prepared by our certified public accountants firm and reviewed by legal counsel. Upon completion, the form 990 is reviewed by the president for accuracy. The president meets with the remaining officers of the corporation for review. The form 990 is provided to all members of the board of directors for comment before submission.
