Mission

The community kitchen is open to all people regardless of race, creed, or color. No one is turned away. It is also open to any member of our community who would like to volunteer his or her time or money. The community kitchen is not associated with any city, state, or federal government agency, but relies on donations from individuals, businesses, or charities, etc.

At jeffersonville community kitchen, our mission is to alleviate hunger and nourish our community by providing daily wholesome meals and support to those in need, at least five days a week. We are dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive space where individuals facing food insecurity can find nourishment, hope, and dignity. Our commitment is rooted in the belief that access to nutritious food is a fundamental right for all members of our community
