“To promote interest in, and of, the 4-h clubs within the county of howard; to promote education of the young people of howard county through the facilities of, and as a part of the educational programs of, the cooperative extension of purdue university.”

“The 4-h youth development program consisted of (1) 4-h school promotion, (2) project workshops, (3) 4-h club meetings, (4) mini 4-h meetings, (5) howard county 4-h fair, and (6) club & project leader meeting to review 2014 and plan 2015. During 2013, participation in the program involved 827 club members, 58 junior leaders, 164 mini 4-h members, and 109 adult volunteers.”
