Are used to sponsor scholarships, programs, exhibitions, lectures and demonstrations at the university of indianapolis and heron i u school of art, which are free and open to the public. Talbot street art fair inc. Encourages public appreciation and awareness of art through such program grants. In tax year 2024, 2,500 was granted to each educational institution.”
