It is the intent of the members of IBEW LU 2355 to provide the highest quality service to NICTD Railroad's varied operations. We accomplish this goal by supporting our Brothers and Sisters with education, communication and dedication to one another. We conduct all our actions with safety for ourselves, our co-workers and the public at-large being our foremost concern. We perform the work inherent to our calling, while assimilating tasks to broaden our viability. We serve as the example of professionalism, versatility, adaptability, growth and craftsmanship. We strive to ensure our interactions are honorable and respectful, to those within our Brotherhood, and without. We value the talents and personalities of our Brothers and Sisters; laboring not as individuals, but as one Brotherhood, seamless.--
