Short term changes in cash are recorded as income and expense on a cash basis. Fixed assets are recorded on the balance sheet with amortization and depreciation recorded as expense.

COVID-19 locklown and restrictions essentially shut down all programs as volunteers were unable to continue their volunteer activities. The board of directors voted to discontinue operations and disband the organization. All remaining assets were donated to various 501(c)(3) organizations in the community.
