Management of the center evaluates all significant tax positions to ensure compliance with the exempt purposes of the center as required by u.s. Gaap, including consideration of any unrelated business income tax. As of june 30, 2016, management does not believe the center has taken any tax positions that are not in compliance with its exempt purpose. The center's federal and state tax returns remain open and subject to examination beginning with the tax year ended june 30, 2013.
