United way of noble county became a part of crossroads united way in 2021. As there is no longer an active board of united way of noble county, the form 990 was reviewed by the former board chair and executive director prior to filing with the irs.

All board members and staff are required annually to complete a new conflict of interest statement and disclose any possible conflict of interest.
