“The corporation and its subsidiaries, except for supportive housing and kinser flats, are organized as not-for-profit corporations under section 501(c)(3) of the united states internal revenue code ("irc"). Irc section 513(a) defines an unrelated trade or business of an exempt organization as any trade or business which is not substantially related to the exercise or performance of its exempt purpose. Kinser flats is organized as a limited partnership, whereby net taxable income is taxed directly to the partners and not this entity. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken and has concluded that as of monday, june 30, 2025 and 2024, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability or disclosure in the accompanying consolidated financial statements. The corporation and its subsidiaries are subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress.”
