Board members sign conflict forms annually. Any staff member or board member that has a conflict issue will discuss it with the ceo, human resources, or their immediate supervisor. All conflicts will be brought to the attention of the ceo and human resources. The ceo will then determine if a conflict exists, and human resources will monitor and review all conflicts.

The ceo salary is reviewed annually by the executive committee of the board of directors. An evaluation is done and there is a research of peer salary surveys. All directors and the cfo are reviewed annually by the ceo. Human resources provides compensation data to the ceo.

PART V, LINE 4:

The primary purpose of the fund is to provide support to fulfill the mission of sycamore services/hendricks county arc, inc. In regard to individuals with disabilities to carry out its role and mission as described by its governing documents. Another purpose of this fund is to secure the long-term future of this organization.

PART X, LINE 2:

Accounting principles generally accepted in the united states of america require management to evaluate tax positions taken and recognize a tax liability if these entities have taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by various federal and state taxing authorities. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by these entities, and has concluded that as of june 30, 2025 and 2024, there were no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability or disclosure in the accompanying consolidated financial statements. These entities are subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress.

AN EC HELPS EACH INDIVIDUAL CLIENT IDENTIFY AREAS OF INTEREST FOR EMPLOYMENT, FINDS JOBS THAT MATCH THOSE INTERESTS, AND WORKS WITH THE EMPLOYER AND THE NEW EMPLOYEE FOR AS LONG AS NECESSARY TO ENSURE A SMOOTH TRANSITION INTO THE JOB. SYCAMORE ECS HELP DIRECT JOB SEARCH ACTIVITIES BY LEARNING ABOUT EACH PERSON AND BASING SERVICES ON INDIVIDUAL INTERESTS, SKILLS, AND TALENTS. THE EC WILL ASSIST WITH RESUME PLANNING AND PROVIDE INPUT ON INTERVIEW TECHNIQUES. INDIVIDUAL SUCCESS IS BASED ON MAKING APPROPRIATE JOB MATCHES AND PROVIDING ON-SITE SUPPORT AS NEEDED.
