Bills charged to the members of the house are comprised of a monthly house bill as well as a bi-monthly bill to the corporation. All memeber bills collected by the house treasurer are used for the upkeep of the house including but not limited to utilities and food. All member bills collected by the coporation treasurer are used to pay for major expenses including but not limited to insurance, capital projects and repairs. Student house members are in charge of keeping the house operating through various house positions including president, internal vice president, external vice president, corporation treasurer, house treasurer, house steward/buyer, alumni chairman, risk manager, secretary, social chairman, athletic chairman, scholarman, and house historian. Members of the marwood corporation board only include alumni members of the house. These board members meet with the house once per semester to discuss budgeting for the corporation account and any proposals the current house members may have to present to them.
