Annually, signed statements are obtained from all members of the board of directors and the executive director indicating any potential conflicts with the conflict of interest policy. All statements are reviewed and any reported situations are evaluated to determine if an actual conlict of interest exists. For the current tax year, no conflicts of interest were identified.
