“Bylaws Amendment Approved on 11/13/2024: The Nominating Group (Chair, Vice Chair, Past Chair) with the President and CEO, puts forth an Executive Committee candidate slate to the Nominating Committee (vs. the Executive Committee). For Officer candidates, the Nominating Group, with the President and CEO, provides the slate to the Executive Committee. Compensation Committee Charter Amendment: Committee membership consists of the Nominating Group, Treasurer and an Executive Committee member. Replaces Nominating Group, Treasurer, IBRG Co-Chair and an ICC Board member.”
